Welcome to Predict. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Predict mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Predict. By using Predict, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts and Security

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Unauthorized Use: You must notify Predict.ai immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Predict allows users to post predictions, text, images, and other content ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting it, you grant Predict.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You assume all risks associated with its publication, including anyone's reliance on its accuracy.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

To maintain a safe community, you agree not to post content or engage in behavior that:

• Is Illegal or Violent: Promotes illegal activities or incites violence against individuals or groups.
• Is Sexually Explicit: Contains pornography, Nudity, or highly suggestive sexual content.
• Harasses or Bullies: Includes hate speech, defamation, or targeted harassment.
• Infringes Rights: Violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of others.
• Is Deceptive: Impersonates others or spreads malicious misinformation (e.g., false medical or financial advice under the guise of "predictions").
• Technical Abuse: Includes viruses, scraping, or attempts to "reverse engineer" the Predict app.

6. Disclaimer of Responsibility for User Content

Predictapp.ai and Predictapp.be acts as a passive conduit for user-generated predictions. * No Endorsement: Predict.ai does not endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, or reliability of any User Content.

• Third-Party Liability: You acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, or inaccurate. Predict.ai shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from your use of or reliance on User Content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictapp.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• 1. Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• 2. The conduct or content of any third party or user on the Service.
• 3. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

Predictapp.ai and predictapp.be reserves the right (but has no obligation) to:

• Review, flag, or delete User Content that violates these Terms.
• Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
• Cooperate with legal authorities in investigations of illegal conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

The Predict name, logo, "Predictapp.ai" & "predictapp.be" domains, and the underlying software and design are the exclusive property of Predictapp.ai. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Predict at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. "As-Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Predictapp.ai makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the Belgian and European laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Predict after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
